Thanks for checking out my blog on how to lose 40 pounds in 2 months. In this post I’m going to reveal my story on how I finally found the best way to lose 40 pounds in 2 months. All the ups, the downs, what stuff didn’t work, to finally finding the one book that helped me lose 40 pounds.

Weight has always been an issue for me. Yet in the past I’d never taken any action to resolve the issue, but instead I just kept on eating more and more crap foods. This of course led to me getting bigger and bigger…

Then just a little over a year ago my parents announced that they would be holding celebrations for their 50th wedding anniversary, and they wanted me to be the main speaker. Hearing this my heart literally sank…

I couldn’t bare the thought of me standing up in front of all those people having to give a speech. But not having the heart to disappoint, I agreed and made a decision right there and then that I would do everything I can to get into the best shape of my life for the event.

However no matter how determined I was, nothing I tried seemed to work. Not a pound was budging. Losing 40 pounds in two months proved to be a lot harder than I first thought. Weight loss pills did nothing but leave a hole in my purse. I even tried all the famous diets like Atkins and South Beach to no effect.

No matter what I tried, nothing seemed to help me learn how to lose 40 pounds in 2 months.

However I didn’t give up, and I kept at it.

Then one night everything changed…

Having just finished dinner, back at the computer… I was going through a weight loss forum. Combing through it I found a recommendation for a guide that claimed to help you shift excess weight safely and quickly.

Checking the site out, I was gobsmacked by all the amazing success stories (seriously check them out) …. that I bought the guide there and then.
